Where should I start?

A great place to start is with a Pilates 1-1 session. Then your instructor will guide you to the best type of Pilates for you.

All of our mat classes are suitable for beginners. If you have any questions, or would like to read about the different type of sessions we offer, click on the button below.

Do you offer reformer pilates?

Yes! We love reformer pilates! We offer private and group sessions.

Reformer Pilates uses springs to add resistance. The reformer challenges, supports and gives feedback to your movement. It's one of the best ways to build balance, strength and mobility.

What should I bring?

Wear clothes you can move easily in. Avoid belts, buckles and hoods. Socks with grips are a great idea (we sell pilates socks at the studio)

We have mats at the studio (and you're also welcome to bring your own). All other equipment is provided.

Bring a towel and a bottle of water.

You'll get full details on parking and location via email when you book.
